Currently in the preliminary concept stage, this is one of our largest projects to date – at just over 500m2, this is a considerable hillside residence.

 

The concept design includes a pool and pool house, lift connecting both floors, separate guest accommodation and grass-roofed three-bay garage.

 

The material palette includes corten steel, off-form concrete and crisp white plaster to create a home that is sleek, modern and stylish.
